How is anal sex dangerous?

Well I had anal sex with a guy who I have had anl sex with before. I have only done it twice and the first time I did it I bleeded and I was sore but after a few days I was fine. This time I also bleeded and was sore after the secound day I stoped bleeding and I was sore for a few days but ifeel very weird my dtomach has been hurting and ifeel very constapated. What should I do? What could it be?

If anal sex is hurting you - pain and bleeding - it would be best if you stopped doing it. The pain is telling you that there is damage being done. You can get rips, tears, fissures, fistulas, and increased chances for rectal prolapse in your later years.

If there wasn’t pain and you enjoyed it I would say, “Go ahead and enjoy.” But it is painful, and you don’t seem to enjoy it, so tell your partner to STOP IT. And if he continues to push for anal … is he REALLY someone that you want to be with??? I’m just saying …

Of course it’s going to hurt and be sore if it your first few times. You should really take it easy and use lots of lube. ( as in don’t let him pound it in you) Dont do it just for him either if it hurts and it is uncomfortable you should stop to avoid tearing something.

I think you guys may not be doing it right, I dunno, but I heard that pornstars first use an enema to flush themselves first. Then you need to make sure there is a lot of lube and that your muscles are relaxed. To answer your question about danger, the danger is that that part of your body is very sensitive with tiny blood vessels that can tear easy. If you get some kind of tear inside there and it gets mixed up with poop that is not good.
