I have a swimming competition and its so happens that am going to have my period at the competition and I was wondering if there is anyway I can delay my period for a few days and just want to check if this is safe.
Yes, you can delay it for a month. Just don't go off your birth control pills when you are supposed to and continue taking the next month's supply. You will not have a period until you stop taking your pill.
hmm. You can't really delay a natural course of nature. Its like trying to stop a normal process, like breathing. Why don't you just wear a tampon?
The only way's I know to interfere with the cycle are; birth control, or extreme amounts of exercise.
Yeah, but you need to use some form of birth control, ofcourse the other option is using a tampon...
