Okay first of all, it’s not something you should decide with your friends! Everybody matures at different times so this is something to do once youre RELATIONSHIP is ready for it and more, when YOU are ready for it. So please really think about all the consequences before you do it. It is something that no matter what you do, it will affect your future. Anyways, back to the question, the older you are, the less it will hurt the first time. Over time, the hymen slowly wears away, so the longer you wait, the less it will hurt. It can also stretch from activities like gymnastics, horse back riding etc. So it might hurt, or it might not depending on your circumstances.
