you dont unless you want to have some incrediblly stupid home made diy shitty tattoo that looks horrible on you for the rest of your life seriously, dont do it a tattoo gun is not a toy, your body is not a peice of meat to practice on see a PROFESIONAL and get it PROFESONALLY done when your 18 and can LEGALLY get a tattoo or risk poisoning yourself with the ink and doing a horrible job you are not a tattoo artist and theres a lot more to tattooing than stabbing yourself with a needle its also illegal, for obvious reasons (to stop silly kids from permamently scarring there bodies with horrible works of what they think is “‘art”‘ at the time) you too young for a tattoo, especially a diy one dont do anything stupid because you WILL regret it
