How does the plain yogurt works?

Does the plain yogurt really works? Has anyone ever tried it? Can someone explain 2 me whats “plain yogurt” because I hate those stuff I dont even eat it…so I dont no what it is…is it reallt expired milk?

it is not spoiled milk yougurt comes from a type of bacteria that is put in milk, so the bacteria changed the milk and makes it into yougurt.. I have tried plain yougurt but it doesnt taste like nothing, so my advice is that you should put something with it like strawberrys and blend it together.
