they have been known to attack humans who got too close to them but humans are not a part of there food they mainly eat fish, sea turtles, penguins, seals and other sea creatures if they attacked its usually because they felt there baby was endangered or theres also the fact that a human looks a lot like a seal, and killer whales eat seals
They are carnivores and will eat fish (including sharks), sea lions, seals and other sorts of meat. So humans are not that much harder to eat. They have sharp teeth, for purposes of tearing… But they do not usually go after humans.
Killer whales or Orca’s do not kill people they are predators of the ocean true, but they do not attack human beings.
In nature they don’t really bother people… but being in captivity they can and sometimes do kill the trainers at sea world just happened not long ago
