How do you stop hunger issues like this?

I came returned from visiting a friend for a few weeks just a couple weeks ago. I felt as though I was starved. No matter how much I ate, my stomach burned of hunger, like an endless inferno, my hunger just seemed as though it couldn’t be slaked. I had light headaches and fatigue, my body just felt as though I wasn’t eating enough(though I can assure you I was eating more than plenty) My friend and his family(he still lives at home with his parents) eating habits are quite different from mine. Usually a meal or a two a day, sometimes 3. However, I usually snack every couple of house, with a few small meals through out the day. Not just because it’s a better way to eat(though that too), I found it keeps my hunger in check. I don’t starve myself. I eat a lot. I’m ADHD and have an extremely fast metabolism. I was finally able to get my hunger in check after visiting a my niece and going to a CC’s pizza’s buffet( I had a large plate stacked with vegetable, 16/17 pieces of pizza, a couple bread sticks, a couple calzone pieces, a long with like 4 pieces of this desert pastry) and then a few snacks when I returned home. I’m just curious of how I might be able to prevent this. I’m going to be visiting my friend again for a few months, hopefully getting a job and then moving out into a place of my own within the 3rd month. But I really don’t want to feel as though my stomach is digesting me after the first 2 weeks. Help!!!O_O

I guess it would be a possibility Though I’ve not deposited any worms yet. I doubt it’s worms. I use to eat a lot as a child. My eating habit haven’t changed much, just the amount I have at one time. I’ve had a few instances similar to this before, not as bad(though I’ve not had to completely change my diet and the way I eat for so long before). I can adapt to a person’s diet for a certain amount of time. The second week I was there I was getting p*ssy do to the lack of food that I’m use to. I think it’s the fact that when I returned my body was like “FOOD” and for about a week I just couldn’t get enough, but I’ve it under check now. Besides, when I go through phases in which I don’t feel like eating much, my body will store fat and I’ll gain weight(again, not that I’m starving myself, my body is just use to a lot of food. When I go through these instances I eat maybe a little less than your average person, and since my body is use to so much food it thinks I’m starving it and will store fat). Or even recently, since I guess my body went through “starvation mode” it stored some fat, and my stomach is a bit pouchyer than when it was a few weeks ago XD I’m sure if it were worms I probably would of lost weight, or not gain at least an inch on my midsection. Also, I’m sure there would of been some other tell tail sign other than just hunger. but thanks for your answer

As I’ve been trying to explain, it is normal for me. If it were wormes I would of been dead years ago. I’ve always bee na healthy eater. I finally learned a way to “leash” my hunger a few years back. The only issue is, any disruption in it and I’m fighting to get it back on a leash.

you eat foods with tons of carbs in them and maybe your friends diet doesnt have as many perhaps you could bring some food with you or if not, look for foods that are full of carbs to eat while there like pastrys and pizza

@ lovepeacendme As I stated, I’m ADHD, though 20, I’m still extremely active, I have to be doing something otherwise I go nuts! I’m usually working out or dancing almost daily just because I’m bored and feel the need to do something that’ll wear me out so I can get some kinda good sleep. If you look at my pics you can see I’m not over weight. And I’m actually starting to build back up my muscle tone And I don’t do anytime of drugs, I’m completely straightedge. But thank you for your advice none the less

@ Jazz, not sure, I really don’t pay attention XD Does fruits, vegies, sea food, and read meats have a lot of carbs? And I usually eat a few pieces of some type of bread product/pastry, so maybe… thank you ^_^
