how do you put songs on your ipod from bearshare?

I got a new ipod for christmas and I dont know how to put songs on it I have got bareshare but I dont know how to download them on to my ipod, I have downloaded songs on to my bear share library but I dont know how to get them on to my ipod

Open iTunes and click on ‘music’ under ‘library’. Now open the folder with your songs in (if you don’t know where that is, go into options/preferences on Bearshare and look for something to do with destination folder or where it downloads to). Highlight the songs you want, and drag and drop them straight into iTunes, or on iTunes go onto File - Add Folder to Library, and add it that way. Then just put them onto your iPod whichever way you normally do… Is this any help? :)
