How do you manage breast binding?

I’m NOT a FTM trans or anything, just a very thin girl with a very big chest. I get stared at a lot… and I hate that and they are always sort of in the way… and with traditional undergarments, they still bounce around a lot and I find that I’m constantly adjusting them. They’re just unspeakably irritating.

I want a way to make them look smaller and also to make them feel more… snug, if that’s the right word, so that they’re not flopping around when I do things (Running, hanging upside-down, etc).

Again, I don’t want to look MALE, I just want to look smaller and I want to be more comfortable.

Haha. I still say you should get better bra I’m sure it will help them feel snug. You can also just buy bigger shirts and get them tailored to fit around your sides. Just don’t bind your breast they will most likely change form . I’m not saying you should flaunt them. :) find better bras and see if that works

Answer #2

Also, getting shirts tailored is a lot more expensive than just buying the shirts and being able to wear them. I love my clothes, but mostly because I’m a bargain hunter. I like being able to proudly say “I got this for 5 bucks!” Not, “I paid a whole 50 bucks to get this shirt altered to fit around my massive mamary glands!”

Answer #3

I have the best ones I can find. I still don’t like it. Note: I’m 20, so I’m not just some kind whining that their body is changing. This has legitimately bothered me for years. I don’t necessarily care if they “change form” because they don’t really have a form. They’re just sagging blobs. I can’t fathom why men find them attractive.

I just want them tight to my chest, so they’re not the only thing I see when I glance down and so they’re not flopping all over.

Answer #4

instead of binding them, which over time could even end up deforming their shape try a minimizer bra they hold your boobs in a lot more tightly, kind of like a good sports bra does, only tighter you could also consider breast reducation surgery when your 18 though if your younger than that, you may be able to get breast reduction surgery at 16-17 if they really are big and are causing you problems like back pain

Answer #5

I do love my body, I just don’t love THEM.

Its not all about getting stared at. I hate the way they feel and the way they flop around. I LOVE my shirts and they stretch all of my shirts. There’s weird cracks in the designs on my clothes, from getting stretched by them. They are big, clumsy and inconvenient. The notion that women should love them and flaunt them was invented by boob-happy men.

Answer #6

Listen be proud of your breast. Doesn’t matter if people stare. You should look into getting a better bra that is the right size for you and has full coverage you could go to Victoria secret ( I find they are very helpful at getting a comfortable right size bra for you) Wear a sports bra when running. If they cause you back pains you should look into breast reduction. But remember to love your body.

  1. Ace bandages -very uncomfortable for larger breasts -if ur a C or less this will work 2)Layering -this works for most females -a.normal bra (this will prevent ‘uniboob’ -b.sports bra (this will decrease movement -c. tight ‘wifebeater’ or underamour shirt to flatten -d. your shirt (get the size that skims the widest part of
        your torsro
-e. jacket (unzipped) optional but polishes the look and
hides any frumpiness in the back
  2. Panty Hose/ Shapewear
    • D cup or higher a. put on a sports bra that fits but doesn’t lift your chest b. take a pair of pantyhose or shaping shorts and cut the
legs of until you have a tube
      c. slip it on like a shirt if you can or step in
  3. get dressed =) *I was a G cup and i found this method most helpful. Some females use bikier shorts. Shapewear is tighter and looks nice under polos or dress shirts
