stress has a lot to do with your personality. stress, put as plainly as possible, is what happens when something bad happens to you. you get in a car crash, boom. stress in your life. what you do with that stress varies from person to person. I guess you’d know you’re stressed if you were struggling to cope with the problems that were currently in your world. getting rid of it temporarily would involve forgetting about it. a massage, a trip to the spa, going to the movies, maybe alcohol or drugs…but those wouldn’t solve your stress issues forever. I think that’d take a personality makeover. I have no stress in my life. things come up, but they don’t keep me down. that’s just the way I am. I don’t think that’s something I acquired over time, I think that’s just the way I am. good luck with that. live the dream.

High blood pressure is one sign of being stressed, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and mild headache are also signs.

Short temper, shouting, frustration and anxiety also go along with it. If you are stressed, the best thing to do is take slow, steady breaths and try to relax.

If you improve your diet, sleep well and exercise, you’re less likely to be stressed out. Usually there is a cause of some kind, try to figure out what it is that worries you and aside from telling yourself, “it’ll be OK” try to actively work on the issue.
