how can you go online with a ds lite softwear like cartoon network and nick for kids?

If you mean WiFi gaming, then you need a wireless broadband connection or a nintendo usb stick. If you mean browsing, then there is a ‘game’ you can buy that allows you to do basic internet browsing on your DS lite but you need something else along with it to make it work (and an internet connection). (Look it up on google, I’m not sure about the details).

You can’t with a DS lite , but for a DSI all you need is little chip thingy to put in the game slot

You can’t get on the Internet on a ds lite if that is what your asking. You can have download play and gameboy games and the ds games. A dsi you can get on the Internet with
