Answer #1

There are actually 6 steps to getting stains out of Uggs…

Step One Use cold water to lightly moisten the outside of the boots only. Do not submerge them in water.

Step Two Dilute a cleaner appropriate for leather to form a solution of one part cleaner and one part water.

Step Three Apply solution to a wet sponge and gently clean boots’ outer surface. Rinse with clean sponge dipped in cold water.

Step Four Stuff boots with paper towels or newspaper to hold shape and dry out of direct sunlight or direct heat. Direct sunlight or heat will cause shrinkage.

Step Five Brush boots with a suede brush or lint-free towel to restore the nap.

Step Six Use a mixture of 2 tsp. baking soda and 2 tsp. corn flour to deodorize and soften the inside of the boots. If you wish, you can add a few drops of an essential oil to create a sweet scent. Shake the mixture into the boots and let it stand overnight. Shake the excess out the next day.

Genesis 950 Concentrate also works. It works with water to get into the stain, break it’s bond and dissolve it.

To remove stains from UGGs using Genesis 950 Concentrate:

  1. In a spray bottle, mix 5 parts water with 1 part 950 Concentrate
  2. Mist the area affected by the stain
  3. Let the mixture soak into the stain
  4. Lightly brush the mixture into the stain
  5. Brush off the residue with clean water
  6. Dry the area with a terry cloth towel or rag

I use it regularly to clean everything. It works great on carpet and fabric when mixed with warm water. I have used it for multiple stains. Originally I bought it from a garage type shop where they use it to break down oil and grease to clean their cement floors and rags as well as engines, transmissions and car interiors. I had spilled paint on my carpet when painting the walls and tried everything to clean it. Every product I used just smeared the paint into the carpet. By the time I got the 950 it was 6 months later. It pulled all the paint out of the carpet. I once shattered an entire bottle of A1 Steak Sauce in my living room. The 950 removed it from my carpet and furniture.

In addition, I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I have used it to remove urine, vomit and lick marks. The stuff is really amazing and I think it would remove your stains.
