How do you get someone's attention?

How do I get anyones attention, specificly this guy. Please give me any advice!

If he hasn’t noticed you already, then forget it. If he notices you because you do something that isn’t you, that isn’t a good start of a beautiful relationship.

I kind of agree with anon, but sometimes you don’t automatically like a guy the moment you see him right? This is what I did (unintentional, but it worked), look at him and make eye contact. That should then lead to more eye contact once you get comfortable with making eye contact start to smile at him and exchange glances, after that you should be pretty comfortable with him, then you two could start up a conversation and then you guys can become closer. Sorry if this doesn’t help but it worked for me.
