How do you fix the text size on your toolbar?

I messed up somehow and now the text on my toolbar is really small but everything else is normal. Is there a way to fix this or should I try to get the default settings back?

there may be little almost invisible arrowas near your toolbar like this sorta then you can drag the bars to the left making your typing plane bigger but it depends on what bar is missing
