How do you emancipite a teen?

I have a 16 year old that is pregant. I need to emancipite her for legal and personal reasons.

As far as I know, a parent can’t “emancipate” a teen, you just have to kick her out. She would have to want to and do it herself. You might try taking her to your local courthouse, or going online to their website, and looking up emancipation. She will have to get a job and a place to live on her own, as well as showing she can provide DayCare for her child while she is at work and a whole host of other things. As I said call or go online to your local courthouse and ask them what may be done. Hope this helps!
