How do you put in contact lenses?

I’ve practiced so hard to put on my contact lenses but it never works!

Answer #1

Or you can look up all the way, put the contact on the white part of the eye and once it’s in, move your eye up and down and it’ll automatically move to the middle of your pupil.

I just jab them into my eyes haha but I’m used to them. I feel awkward with glasses on now. I don’t even notice my contacts on.

Answer #2

Okay well first get your solution. The solution is the liquid thing that cleans the contacts. Make sure you wash your hands first. ALWAYS wash your hands whenever you are about to put in contacts. Then put the solution over the contact so some of it is on there. Then put the contact on the tip of your index finger over a towel just incase the contact happens to fall. Then open your eye wide just a little bit and look straight ahead. Don’t move your eye or anything just look straight ahead. Then try putting the contact on your pupil. When you feel like you finally have it in then move your eye all around just a little bit so the contact can stick and for you to get used to it. Then do these same steps again for the other eye. I know it’s hard at first. It was for me too but I promise you’ll get used to it in no time. Hope I helped!
