How do you distract Winky Weebucks on the Urbz?

I dont know im trying to find out to

First. go to the leftmost part near the tent. go 2 more ups. you should be near the sides. after you go 2 ups turn right and go 2more squares right.then go up through the last square. and winky weebucks will talk to you.

if you have a small pet look for the top of the lamppost and straighten up your pet and go up that little alley way straight on if you try and turn you will get zapped so go straight on and you will get through them

ok this answer is for nintendo DS…first go all the way to the shortest pole.than enter.turn right and go to the tallest bar.if nothing happens than try going up a lil bit,than that should do it.
