You really should NOT use one though. It’s not healthy and it can cause problems. Using a douche can cause infections to occur in your vagina, because it upsets the natural PH balance down there, and also because there is neccasary bacteria in the vagina, and when you douche you get rid of it and leave yourself open for infections.
