How do you tell someone they smell awful?
My friend smells really bad all the time and she doesn’t shower enough, it’s really nasty. I feel bad for her because sometimes it’s hard to even be around her because she smells so bad. We’re not that close so it’s not like we can just tell each other these things. How can I tell her?
hmm…well this could be a sensitive subject for her… also it might not be because she doesnt shower enough… it could be her body odour is just like that she doesnt wear deodorent there could be a medical reason theres lots of reasons why she might smell “bad” …its not going to be easy for either of you but have a talk to her. just say something like “hey um, I know we dont really know each other that well but I was wondering if you knew that your body odour is a bit strong” or something along those lines…be nice about it too, say it in a freindly way to help her hear it. hope that helped
