kidney diesese isnt an easy thing to treat. Theres no magical answer. however these things will help you battle it signifigantly you have to get your blood pressure down.Under 130 and over 80 as boring as it sounds diet is extremely important. MAke sure your getting enough protein to keep your blood pressure down limit the amount of sodium and potassium you ingest if your a smoker. Stop immeadiatly *more extreme way is kidney dialysis.But im not a doctor so I obvoiusy couldnt make a diagnosis in that department
