the birth control pill would be the easiest way to regulate them meaning they will come at the same time each month and if there long, birth control can shorten them and can also make your flow lighter youll need to talk to a doctor though as there are side effects to birth control and the doctor needs to determine which birth control pill, iff any is the right one for you with some birth control you can skip the sugar pills and therefore skip your period that month but youll need to ask if that can be done with the birth control you get

you could have the rod wich is a small tube thats stopes/lightens your period wich stoped you from getting pregnant but it stopes some of you horemons the doctor can give you thease with or with out parents permishion or the pill wich dose the same thing but you have to take theam on a regular basis

Yeah think about it I know periods are annoying but when it comes it cleans up are system… You can’t fully stop you period but there is birth control that shorten your period… You have to talk to your doctor about that. Good luck!
