There is not reason of why your mom could not get him out of the house unless he actually owned part of the house or his name was on the lease. You should never back down to someone that is either raping/molesting/or sexual assaulting you no matter what the circumstances are. If you let him get away with it, it will kill you inside, later on in life and he will not just stop with you.
Tell some type of authority figure besides your mom since she obviously cannot solve the matter at hand.
This situation is bad for many reason, he’s takeing something that is very precious to you, he’s your dog of a uncle and if his friend is a crackhead it’s a 100% of chance that he can give you a deadly disease. Please tell your mentor its their job to understand and not to judge. Dont keep being this low life play toy you are someboby and you deserve better than what life trowing at you. Once you tell someone the only thing you’re going to regrete is not telling someone sooner. You have a very bright future, hope to one day see you above the stars.
