How do I tell my dad I cut?
Well I’ve been depresed since last year and im in my 1st yr of jr high and I’ve been cutting since last year and I try to stop but I just cant, can someone please tell me what to do??
Just tell him! I cut to an I told my mom she was so understanding and helped me out…my mom is so strict! I know what you meen…I’m in 8th and fuckers can be very mean! Just tell him it helps
nobody would ever care for you more than your parents … tell him ,he’ll support you and help you get through this and relax u’ll get over it real sooonn .. ;)
I was cuttin for over 6 years ..I never told my mom or dad when I was doin it .. but when the found out they tried to be there for me.. it will take time.. im 21 now I just stopped cuttin last year. just sit down with your dad and let him know whats going on with you.. he’ll love you know matter what. he might be upset.. some parents do because they dont understand whats going on. so just talk with him. if any talk to someone about it there are people that will understand.

I was very depressed for a period of time as well so I know what your going through, but try to picture this, your dad has probably done mnany wonderful things for you like caring for you and loving you etc.. and this is how you repay him? Cutting yourself is just what you now and have seen other people do, tel your dad, whhy would you cut yourself how does that relieve pain, it gives you more pain
