whenever you go out TAKE A FRIEND OR A FAMILY MEMBER WITH YOU. don’t be alone. if you live alone go stay at your parent house

don’t go out when it almost dark ( that when they most powerful)

remember when you enter the house LOCK THE DOOR. and MAKE SURE THE WINDOWS AND STUFF IS LOCK

if you have to get some pepperspray. or a stun gun ( one good shock should zap him to his senses)

and keep trying to contact the police about this
