  1. always stretch your should out problay(so your whole body, beacuse if you dont stretch your legs it may affect your should., and make sure when you stretch you have done some running or something first for your bodies warm, 2, always have a good warm up, if your feeling a bit stiff dont be afraid it stretch out more,
  2. make sure you are throwing properlly, it’s your first year playing and you might not throw proberly(no offence or anything) it happens to everyone.
  3. stretch inbetween innings, it always helps, and make sure you wear a sweater if your sitting, because thats when injury can occur,.
  4. When your leaving you should always put a sweater on too, even if its hott out.
  5. and icing is very important, go 20 mins on, then 20 mins with warm, it helps a lot. or you could ask your coach of a way to ice. and if yuour still hurting after this maybe go to your chriopractor or physiotherapist…I know its hard.. im a very competive softball player, and I’ve gone threw many injuries.
Answer #2
  1. you need to really stretch you shoulder and arm out.
  2. you need to warm up properly
  3. stretch again after the warm up
  4. throw normally
  5. ice your shoulder if need be.
  6. you should stretch before every inning too. also you may not have a baseball arm, meaning since its too light and theres like no weight behind it, it will hurt your shoulder. most guys in sports have either a “football arm” or a “baseball arm”
