How do I retrieve videos from my ENV2 ? I have a usb cord and a micro mini sd card...I have tried retrieving it by just pluggin it in...I had to dl drivers for the music sync...are there seperate drivers for the video? Please help Thanx
move them onto your memory card. then you'll need an adapter for this, but plug your memory card into the computer. go to my computer and it should be something like drive F, G, or H. select that and it should show all the files on your card. select videos and there you go. the rest is simple, just copy and paste the file :)
