How do I relocate my tool bar to bottom of screen?

My tool bar went to the side of my screen, I want too put it back on bottom of page. I can’t figure how to move it.

left click on it and drag it towards the bottom you should see it movin with the arrow

what toolbar?

do you mean taskbar? if you do:

right click the taskbar - properties - taskbar - taskbar location on screen: then select bottom, left, right or top..

if its toolbar (taskbar), then, right click on empty space of toolbar, and check if there is not checked “Lock the taskbar”. If it is, then uncheck it. Then click (left mouse button) & hold, and then drag it to the bottom of the screen and then release the button. This way your toolbar (taskbar) should be positioned to the proper position. then right click with your mouse and select “lock the taskbar”, so you will not be able to change position of it.
