How do I know if it's okay to stretch my ears again if they have bled?

Okay I have my ears stretched to a 4 and when I got them to a four about a week later one of my ears got really stiff and hard so I took it out. when I took it out it litterly poured out white crap and blood mixed together. Like for five minutes I was there waiting for it to stop coming out and dripping. It wasnt as nearly stiff and so I let it heal and everything so now its fine. I can take it out and put it back in without any pain. But that was about maybe 3 weeks ago so I was wondering when is it okay to stretch my ears again. I usually wait about 2-3 weeks. inbetween. When I got to an 8 I started waiting about 1 month to 1.5 months.

I would wait another 3 weeks because it needs to heal completely. and I would wait 5 to 6 weeks beefore uping a size

2-3 weeks between stretching is NOT enough time to let your ears heal properly. You need to wait at least a month (4 weeks) and after that, a minimum of 2 weeks is advised. When you’re stretching that fast and your ears aren’t healed, any bacteria is getting trapped in the wound and you get an infection: the puss-blood concoction that oozed from your ear.

You need to be doing salt-water soaks to kill the infectious bacteria. In general, though, doing those soaks is advised when you’re stretching because it’s essentially the same thing that most piercers will give you when they first pierce your ears (I think they call it H2Ocean). It makes your ears feel good and it’s cleansing.

You probably have some scar tissue as well, since the bleeding is usually a sign of a tear. You should keep your 4g’s in your ear (after you’ve cleaned your ears AND the plugs) until your ears are healed, and then try going up a size.

A doctor I recomend a mixture of pulse and blood arent a good sign it can indicate a infection and will remain in your inner year and affect you later in the future, so dont stretch the year again hope this helps and does not enoy you in any way :)

Answer #4

keep cleaning it with PEROXIDE (rubbing alcohol can dry it up leaving infection)… buy some neosporin and put it on there really good every day…keep an earing in at all time you dont want it to close around the infection.. wait until noting comes out and its not red for about a week.. I used to strecth my ears.. trust me

You might have an infection.Don’t panic but just go to your parent and tell them what happened.Good luck!
