How do I move on after getting badly rejected by a boy?

I’ve been crushing on a guy for 4 months, but, foolishly enough I told my friends about it and they did the unnecessary honours of asking him out for me. It was not my idea, and it created a lot of awkwardness between me and him, but I did not give up (even though now I realize I should’ve). I kept trying to explain myself to him, but he ignored me. Today I saw him at the movies and he was ignoring me so I decided I needed to confront him about it. I apologized for my friends and for myself. He told me, “Next time you like someone, keep your mouth zipped. Anyway, I have a life so I’m going to leave and go back to my friends, bye”. I was ticked off and shocked and, most of all, I felt like a total loser. How do I move on from this?

Dont listen to him, hes a jerk. I dont know whats up his A$$ but somthing is, dont worry about it. If he is going to treat people like that, let him he will find out sooner or later that he shouldnt have. Forget about him but dont forget about your mistakes. =)
