How do I make myself go to bed?

Its summer. I like to stay up till 1:00or 2:00 watching tv, of messing on the computer. How do I stop? I’ve been SO tired the past few days!

Try to “get rid: of the comp and the TV (just “throw them out” of your room) and like sarai and jaz…said try to make some sports, read something (there are so many interesting books “ to read) Take a walk when you “feel” that you want to open the comp or the TV… or make some mind exercises (just sit there and think abt a problem..and in the end you will fall asleep)

you need to do something proactive during the day that will make you exausted by the end, so youll just want to fall alseep earlier make sure you do soemthing else other than tv and the computer each day do some hobbies…or start some new ones hang out with freinds, make something exerscise, play sport, ect

Do you wake up late or do you take naps during the day? Most likely during the summer, most people lounge around but this is the time to be outdoors. If you stay out and exercise, you will sleep earlier and you will have even more energy! Also, this is time to plan so make plans for everyday and you will have something to look forward to every morning :)
