How do I lose weight, im fat?

Im fat not obese just fat starting to get abit of a muffin top im not a big fan of vegs so dont say that And I checked my bmi I am over wight if I lose about a 2kg I will be ideal what foods should I eat? What sort of exersice should I do? Please help

well it dfepends realy if you realy want to loose weight then eat heathy like salads and friut and if you have a bike then ride with music trust me it works

Like these people said, of course eating healthy and exercising will help. But another thing that can help you lose weight is to eat slower. Like make sure you chew your food good and after you swallow wait at least 5 or 10 seconds before taking another bite. Eating slow helps me not to gain too much weight. It comes more naturally to me though but it could help you in some way too.

there is a programme on tv…my big fat diet on channel 4, it will be available on 4oD for the programme that was on yesterday… I suggest you watch it as it shows you the healthy way to loose 2dress sizes in 2weeks and keep the weight off… and you should also try some running or dancing…dancing is very good to be skinny… if you dont like eating veg like it might say on the programme I think that if you keep the rule of no more than 1000 calories a day then you should be fine…

Just do some running, things to tone up your body, avoid excessive amounts of sugar and soft drink and drink plenty of water.
