How do I lose weight fast?

Hey I’m Nicole. I’m 14 years old, 5’3’’, and my weight is gross. I weight 113 pounds, and its discusting. I want to weight like 20 pounds less. Can anyone tell me a way to lose a lot of weight really fast? Thanks.

hey !! you weight is fine, but if you really want to loose weight heres how to do it: wake up, do about 100-200 sit-ups and 100-200 starjumps and streches. have a small breakfast like a fruit or rice cracker or an egg without the yellow bit
o and try having a herbal tea they really fill you up. if you want you can do more exersize than you can

than if your starving at lunch have something small again like a carrot ar a bit of a cucumber. and if you want then you can do more exersize like dancing, skipping, running,walking .

and for dinner you can have things like baked potato or vegtabes or anything else thats healthy like a can of tuna. and before you go bed do a hundred sit-ups and any other exersixe you want to do.

tip: dont eat white bread,pasta or rice but if you are craving some than make sure its the brown type(thats much more healthier)

if you do something like this^ then you will loose weight really quickly. I have been doing this and I weigh 68 lbs now

You are not overweight, sweetie. But if you really want to lose weight try working the whole body. You shouldn’t wiegh a lot in a certain area, but if you do, focus on that area a little more. The key is to lose body fat, not your weight. If you body fat percentage drops, your wight will go with it. Eat healthy foods, but dont starve yourself. If youre hungry, eat an actual meal. Once the food digests, work out. Try dancing or drink water on an empty stomach, it helps.

hunni you dont really need to lose weight but if you insist diet and exercise and im 5’6 and weight 185 and I dont think im discusting ya I could loose a couple pounds but trust me you shouldnt be like 90 lbs thats discusting

heyy. ok.. it doesnt sound to me like you need to lose weight but I know that just because a number is small doesnt mean the person actually looks fit. heres what you do: start your day off with something.. like I eat a 100g yogurt. then do some excersize (w.e you think your body needs. but DO NOT GO OVERBOARD!! if you are not athletic or are unfit dont expect your body will be able to handle the sudden amount of excersize. even if you do get through it.. you wont the next day.) anyways every two hours eat a little piece of fruit or vegetable. not a whole apple or w.e every time.. just a lil bit. it will keep you full. then at lunch eat a salad without dressing or with low fat dressing. you can also dress it yourself with salt pepper viniger etc. then you might excersize or w.e at dinner eat healthy foods. I personally eat beans or tuna or w.e .. something easy to make and out of a can yet healthy. dont eat after 7. and excersize before you go to bed. get some sleep (it helps). drink water. drink diet sodas rather than regular. hope I helped! good luck
