How do I lose weight?

I used to be 104 lbs, but now, after vacation, I’m 110. I really want to weigh 104 pounds, even though I’m still at a healthy weight. But ever since I got back, I cant control my eating habits. I eat mostly healthy food, but I cant stop myself from eating. I really want to know how to controll myself from eating too much, and weigh 104 lbs again!

But I usually dont have enough energy to exercise. And my parents keep telling me I’m fine, an they try stopping me from dieting. so I need a good idea to help me diet without them figuring out I am. Any suggestions?

Hi,

The only way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.

If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.
