How do I lose weight fast and effective?

Ok right now im about 6’1” 250lbs. im trying to just loose weight and b thinner. right now I have a musculer build but I still have a gut. I lift a lot and I do situps and push ups. im realy just trying to loose the gut.

The way to lose fat is through cardio excersizes (excersizes that make your heart speed up for extended periods of time) and diet. My husband is a similar build, and he has had some success with Weight Watchers.

instead of eating chocolate/crisps, that sort of thing, eat fruits, theyre really nice, I could eat strawberrys for hours.. yum.. =]
