If you’re doing something to hurt yourself, you should talk to a councelor / psychologist or qualified medical professional about it, honestly.

Do things you enjoy doing, don’t fixate on falling in love or even trying to get into a relationship. When you’re ready, things will work out for you.

This is a perception of who you are. You are not as terrible as you think you are. First, make a list of all the things you hate about yourself. Go through them and think about each one, thinking - is this really true? Look at yourself in the mirror and try to see yourself as beautiful. If that is impossible embrace how you look, however you look. It is truly a unique look that allows other people to recognize you as, you. Remember Forest Gump didn’t look all that great, nor was he smart. But he was happy, and deeply kind to everyone. When people compliment their friend to make them feel better, for example, sometimes it has a backwards effect. If I say to you- You are wonderful, beautiful, funny, etc.

It might only make things worse, unless you really think about it. Think about things you have accomplished in the past, or moments in life where you were proud of yourself. Try to view yourself the same way others view you.

Lastly, I have this theory that a lot of random traveling would always do the soul good. Just go out there to the world and do something you’ve never done before. Meet new people and do crazy random things.

List Of Things To Do Today: Go to the Chinese mountains. Climb them. Go to San Francisco. Climb a tree. Face paint a butterfly mask on myself.

It might not make sense, and it’s really not supposed to. I figure if you are having too much fun you won’t even notice how little you think of yourself.

If they care a lot of you then you are probably an easy, nice person to be around. When people compliment their friend to make them feel better, for example, sometimes it has a backwards effect.
