how do I know if im going to be pregnant or not

I had unprotected sex and then two days later started having cramps and bleeding.I havent had my period sice a month or two ago and its suppose to be starting arond this time but after my cramps stopped the bloody was not a lot and usually when I bleed its a little more heavy.what does this mean?

The only way to know for certain is to take a test…that far along, the pregnancy test will be more than 99% accurate, if you use a better one.
