How do I know if I can be pregnant?? Help really scared?

Ok so I had sex with my boyfriend YESTERAY and this morning I woke up @ 4 with the worst cramps I’ve ever had. Sick to my stumach nausious but I also have the runs…has anyone ever had these symptoms before.. I know its not from a previous time because we havnt done it sence before my last period…help please!!

Getting the runs is normal with getting your period too. It might not happen to everyone but it happens to a lot of us. I get them almost every month.

Bad cramps after sex is very normal when its time for your period to start. Throwing those hormones into over drive just makes everything worse.

If you are so worried about getting pregnant then you might want to practice a little safer sex.

you wouldn’t be able to tell if you were pregnant in one day! I would worry about it if you didn’t use protection and you are that scared you can go to your local clinic and ask for the day after pill or your local pharmacy and buy the plan b pill they are both pills that will basically kill the sperm that has entered. I have two kids I’m 21 I’ve been threw all of this. after I have sex I sometimes get cramps you could be coming on your menstral cycle or it can just be a stomach virus.

Ok yea we did…I figured it was just a bug but the cramps were so bad I had to ask…see I’m only 16 and my would kill me if I was and my dad would kill him

you may just have a stomach bug if you have the runs aswell as cramps… give it time…

did you use protection.. if you didnt then after about 2-3 weeks then take a test best first thing in the mornin for more accurate results or wait to see if you get your next period

totally understandable! ya do get cramps with a bug I do anyway

still give it a few weeks and take a test to put ya mind at ease
