how do I know

ok so this guy im seeing trust me and I trust him and we only see eachother and hes not a very jelous person, but hes the type of guy who can’t say his feelings in words I know I see a look in his eyes and that enough but I wounder if I can get more out of him, a week or so ago some guy I know but am not interested in put a flower on my car window and my boyfriend saw and seemed kinda upset and metioned we don’t need to have confrontations anymore about how I have a stalker and and I love it even if hes teasing I couldn’t tell if he was hiding his real feelings, but I explained mine so how can I tell how he feels for me when hes mute because hes just that type of guy and im used to the feeling type of guy but I like this one so much more!
