How do I highlight on a phone?

Im trying to download some ringtones but everytime I get the text it says to download highlight link …but I dont know how to.Can you tell me how

Well, some phones have an option on the message menu that says “Extract address.” Use that and then you can select the “http:” page and your phone’s browser will go there.
