How do I go back to my normal fair skin color?

I got sunburned last March accidentally. I was wearing a T-shirt so the borderline is on my upper arm. My upper body is still my normal color, but my arms are a dark tan color. I can’t wear sleeveless or tube tops because my arms look horrid.

Now I need to even out the color since I’ll be in a wedding entourage (in a tube dress) and I cannot look like this. Help!!!

How can I whiten my arms so that it will be back to its normal shade?

you can get tanning oil and sit out in the sun.. trust me I had the same problem. but I had to get my whole body a little burned and then a day or two after, I had an even tan(:
