How do I get through to her?

Me and my friend have been best friends for years. Now she has a new boyfriend and since she lost her virginity to him she hasnt made any time for me, shes even started taking his word against mine. Shes really stubborn but I dont want to loose her because shes currently the only one I can trust. How do I get her back without causing arguments?

Give her time. When new boyfriend moves in there is always a honeymoon period. You have to wait till it ends.

Obviously you cant trust her. Trust isnt the only reason why you should be hanging on to someone. Sit her down and say you want your bestfriend back. Also respect that this is her boyfriend your not going to have her FULL attention anymore. Just invite her out to coffee or something. If that doesnt work out slowly let go..

This happened to me for a while too. But once your best friend realizes that her friendship with you is more important than her boyfriend’s, then I think she’ll come around. Just make sure she knows that youre there for her, and that you miss her. Like it was suggested above; Invite her out with you or something, and make a point to spend time with her.
