yeah razor scissors thin your hair outt… pick up your hair into a pony tail leave some down and cut that.. so on and so forth that will give it layers.
Oh asfdfdfsd thanks for answering. Sorry, I forgot the main point. D: I don’t have money right now to go to a hair dresser and wanted to know how I could do it myself. My hair is a little longer than his so I suppose I should straighten my hair and cut it to a length such as that. And then my mom said I need razor scissors to get that look.
make sure your hair is at least as long as his then take the picture the a hairdresser and say you want that hair on you they will copy the picture and give you the hairstyle
