I use Neutrogena and it works really well for me. The facial cleansers with beads in it seem to work the best for me. Try Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Daily Scrub. I have the same prob with pimples on my back. I just make sure to wash really good back there with a good, cleansing soap. It also helps to get a back-scrubber or brush for the shower. They have them at Bath & Body Works or other body shops. I also LOVE Yes to Carrots products. Yes to Carrots, Yes to Cucumbers, Yes to Tomatoes…etc. They are infused with actual vegetable extracts. They have a Yes to Carrots scrub that works really well. I also suggest the Yes to Cucumbers Hydrating Moisturizer. And like angelofdeath said, make sure to use warm water.

Hope this helps!

Try just washing with regular soap, and make sure you use warm water, set a very warm wash cloth all over your infected area to open up those pores, and get a good acne scrub, I like to use clean and clear, clearasil, and oxy, all of those work on me and you have to be very consistent with them. If your using alcohol you should keep your skin moist. What works really good though, I told my boyfriend to do this because he has problem on his face, very bad and persistent problems. After you wash your face in very warm water and soap, put peroxide on all the infected areas so it can fizz out the infection and then dry your skin and apply an acne product, do this at least three times a day and DO NOT PICK THEM!!! If you pick them, then you will spread the infection. Hope this helps.

For black heads on the nose and the creases where your nose connects to your face, biore nose strips are the ultimate. First you cleanse the oils from your nose, then you place the strip on your nose and get it wet. You have to mold it around the creases of your nose and then let it completely dry. It will be rock hard once its dry. Then you slowly peel it from your nose and it will remove like 90% of your blackheads. This product is awesome.

First off do not pick at your face, but if you do then make sure you heat up a wet wash cloth to a very hot degree and place it on the infected areas. But, it will burn a lot, and after you do that take a very cool wash cloth and place it on your face. I use clean and clear, mainly for blackheads though. I know people who use proactive, and it works on there face, and they have perfect skin. But, it can also cause skin irritations or make it worse, but it depends on how bad your skin is. If you are to use it and you stop, then your skin will go back to square one. Also, before you put on makeup make sure to put face moisturizer. Hope I helped

The 2 answers listed above this should work well. Just keep in mind that your problem could be due to a hormonal imbalance. Also, when cleaning your face with soaps, make sure your completely rinsing off all the soap residue. (squeaky clean) After you’ve cleaned your face you have completely stripped your face of it’s natural oils and minerals which are very beneficial. So make sure you replace these oils and minerals with some kind of face moisturizer. I would recommend something that is “all natural”. There is a kit that I highly recommend which uses natural cleansers from sea salt from the dead sea. I don’t remember what it’s called. Good luck!
