How do I get rid of this mess on my nose?

Not on my nose, but sort of in it, the opening of my nostrils and the middle part of the nose that connects down the the upper lip, I get these little oil pockets or whatever. It’s not like normal acne, just I don’t know. They sometimes itch really bad which sucks because it’s painful. I usually break them open from doing so and then the whole inside of my nose will scab up. What is this, and how could I fix it?

I’m not a hundred percent sure but it sounds like a problem my dad and uncle have. My dad takes bee pollen for it, which is a vitamin. It would be worth a try, just take two or three a day once a day and you’re set to go. It won’t harm you at all only make things better, and it helps with allergies too if you have those. Try it for about a month and see if it improves!
