How do I get over my ex boyfriend?

Me & my boyfriend were going out for 2 years. He recently broke up with me. Everything for us was going perfectly. So I thought. About a week ago we were talking on tha phone and he was acting normal. And then the next day came & I get a txt from his bestfriend telling me he lost feelings for me & he wanted to break up but he didnt know how to tell me. I was hurt that he lied to me & acted like evrything was fine but it wasnt but I looked past that because I love him. I keep trying too get him back but its not working. Should I just give me space & let him come to me? Or leave him alone for good?

give him 30 days of no contact. If you have to seem due to your schedule, keep all conversations short and act like hes a stranger. If he really cares about you, he will contact you and if not it will help you get over him eventually.
