How do I get over my ex?

we split up 17 months ago, was 1st love and engaged. whenever I hear something about him knowing he is having fun or I speak to him or just c him from the distance I get a fast heart beat my stomach goes tight and find it hard to breath and feel sick (sometimes I am sick) a bit like panic. how can I get past this.

I have been on a few dates with a guy who seems nice but I keep thinking of the ex.

I dont know man its hard I will tell you that lol bin there done that you need to get a new and beter girlfriend try and move on

It is hard to get over somebody that made such an impact on your life you wont fully get over him and I dont think you should forget about him either because he was your first love, if this guy that you have been going on dates with is decent and he’s a nice guy give him a chance you never know what could become of it, it wont make you forget your ex completely bu at least it will help you to move on with your life :) x
