How do I get nuva ring?

A few weeks ago I went to planned parenthood and even though they asked what birth control I wanted they just gave me the same stuff they gave everyone else. I’m really unhappy with it and the pill just isn’t right for me. I’ve done my research, what do I have to do to get the birth control I want/need? They told me I didn’t need an exam either for it. Help please:)

The nuva ring is not usually given to you until you are already used to birth control because they do not want you to have a reaction to it. They want to ease it on.
