How to convince my parents to let me date?

please I need help im 13

Answer #1

Your parents know what’s good for you. You’re not old enough. Listen to them.

Answer #2

You are 13. Don’t rush. stay single. trust me things change when you have a boyfriend. Since you are only 13 you should at least wait until you are 15. Dont worry iam not even allowed to date until I am 16 so dont feel bad. Just do what your parents tell you. Dont sneak around either. I have tried that before and whether you are a good girl or a rebel it will make you feel guilty. I should let you know though there is a difference between dating and going out. dating is going places unsupervized. going out is hanging around at school talkin on the phone ect. Anywayz its your choice in the end so choose wisely. good luck

Answer #3

dating is all fun and games, but do not take it too seriously, if you can convince your parents that you wont then they probably wont have a problem with it, but dont get into having a boyfriend/girlfriend(sry I don’t know if your boy or girl) to be a sex-monger and get married to that person, dont grow overly attached to them, just let it be a game for now, because im sorry I have to tell you this, dating will never work out permanently until maybe when you turn 17.

Answer #4

Respect your parents.Theres probably a good reaosn they dont want you having a girlfriend. However,if your seriously concerned about it, Try sititng them down,And finding out exactly why they dont want you having a girlfriend, And talk it over with them. if you do get a girlfriend though, dont do anything dumb. No sex yet, your only 13 ;]
