Your only options are to contact a realtor and see if you can sell your house. If you live in a part of the country where home values have decreased then you can’t sell it because you may be upside down on your loan, you owe more that the house is worth. Contact your bank and ask for advise as they may be able to modify your loan.

The other option is to go to credit counseling service and they may be able to formulate a plan and call your creditors to lower your payments.

You could put the house for rent, contact a rental agency and they will market the house for you and find suitable tenants and send you a check every month. They will take some of the money to provide you with this service.

The most drastic and final option is to contact a bankruptcy attorney and file for chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy. Be ready to move because the bank will foreclose on your house if you do this and your credit will be ruined. But if your credit is already ruined anyway, go ahead and file. The bad part is nobody will lend you any money for 7 to 10 years. Good part, all your debts will be wiped out and the balances will be gone and no bank or credit company will call to collect the money so you get a clean start.
