How do I get my dogs to get "stuck"?

my dogs mate everyday twice a day, and yet they haven’t gotten stuck.. how do I make this happen? Or can I help them? is there a certain age limit?

The male dog may not be mature enough to know exactly what to do, sometimes this happens. If you know someone with the same breed and they have a good male dog with good genes they maybe try and put her with him.
